Terms of use

The offer
The regular price is a USD 19 one-time payment for one paid entitlement. The advertised and item price is USD 19 total, including applicable indirect tax handled by Stripe Managed Payments. There is no subscription, free trial, coupon, or negotiated discount.
Payment is completed through Stripe Managed Payments. Link is the transaction merchant of record. Stripe/Link handles payment and transaction support. KurodaLab supplies, delivers, and supports Release Coverage Check. Checkout may show a local-currency amount. Available payment methods can vary by buyer and provider.
Automated entitlement delivery is intended after Stripe/Link confirms a valid settlement. No KurodaLab account is required. A browser return page, screenshot, or email alone is not proof of settlement or entitlement.
Paid Checkout availability
Paid Checkout is unavailable in Japan and every unsupported country. Do not bypass or misstate facts to evade this restriction. A customer-declared billing country is not verified location evidence.
What the product does
Release Coverage Check applies fixed rules to the relationship requirements and links in the files you provide. Paid access adds compatible previous-snapshot comparison and local exports; it does not make a result more favorable.
You declare whether a model or property release relationship is required. The product checks only the completeness of the relationships you declare. You remain responsible for reviewing the results and deciding how to use them.
What the product does not do
The product is not legal advice. It does not inspect signatures, identity, authority, contract terms, legal validity, or approval. It does not guarantee acceptance by any platform or client.
KurodaLab is not Adobe, Shutterstock, or another submission platform, and this product is not represented as their approval, certification, or endorsement.
Files, exports, and safe use
Your asset and release files are checked in your browser and are not uploaded to KurodaLab. Local snapshots and exports may contain sensitive local identifiers. Protect them as you would the source files and do not send them to routine support.
Cloudflare and Link/Stripe may process ordinary network, security, and commerce information when you visit, pay, recover access, or send aggregate product events. See the privacy notice for details.
Refunds and mandatory rights
The ordinary refund route and its consequences are stated in the refund policy. Mandatory statutory rights override any inconsistent part of these terms. Nothing here is a conclusion about which rights apply to a particular person or transaction.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, paused, or withdrawn for security, reliability, provider, or product reasons. Material changes to the public offer require a new reviewed version; an automated build or deployment cannot approve them.
