Offer and delivery

The regular offer is a USD 19 one-time payment for one paid entitlement. The advertised and item price is USD 19 total, including applicable indirect tax handled by Stripe Managed Payments. There is no subscription, free trial, coupon, or negotiated discount.

Payment is completed through Stripe Managed Payments. Link is the transaction merchant of record. Stripe/Link handles payment and transaction support. KurodaLab supplies, delivers, and supports Release Coverage Check. Checkout may show a local-currency amount, and available payment methods can vary by buyer and provider. The local amount is provider-controlled and is not promised as a simple market-rate conversion of USD 19.

Paid Checkout is unavailable in Japan and every unsupported country. Do not bypass or misstate facts to evade this restriction. A customer-declared billing country is not verified location evidence.

After Stripe/Link reports a verified settlement, the browser return flow makes access available automatically and is the primary delivery route. The system makes its first access-email attempt no later than the next five-minute scheduled run; provider inbox delivery is not guaranteed. If access is still unavailable after 15 minutes, use the automated recovery route and then contact support. No KurodaLab account is required.

Each checkout is limited to one entitlement. The first validation cohort permanently closes after 10 lifetime settled purchases. Refunds do not reopen a consumed slot.

Supported environment

The initial supported environment is the current stable desktop Google Chrome with JavaScript, Web Workers, File APIs, and local downloads enabled. Other browsers are best-effort and are not promised for the first validation cohort. Internet access is needed to load, purchase, establish, or recover access; CSV evaluation, snapshots, and report generation remain browser-local.

Processing boundary

Your asset and release files are checked in your browser and are not uploaded to KurodaLab.

Cloudflare and Link/Stripe may process ordinary network, security, and commerce information when you visit, pay, recover access, or send aggregate product events. See the privacy notice for details.

KurodaLab and Release Coverage Check are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or partners of Adobe, Shutterstock, their contributor programs, or a buyer's client. Product and company names may identify the independent workflows being discussed.

Mandatory rights and activation status

Mandatory statutory rights override inconsistent ordinary terms where they apply. This disclosure is not a legal conclusion about a particular transaction. Publication of these pages, a deployment, or a passing automated test does not activate paid sales; human-approved evidence and every separate production gate must be current before paid access can be made live.
