Support

Before contacting support

1. Check the public CSV format guide and the message shown by the checker.
2. Reproduce the issue with the downloadable sample files if possible.
3. Describe the browser, the action taken, and the exact non-sensitive error code or message.

Do not send working files

Do not email or attach your CSV files, snapshots, exports, reports, or mappings. Routine support does not inspect customer files. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, secret keys, or full entitlement or recovery links.

If customer content is sent despite this instruction, it cannot enter routine support review. Any handling requires a separately approved privacy-safe handling protocol.

What support can cover

KurodaLab supports Release Coverage Check, including the fixed input schema, technical limits, public error codes, entitlement delivery, recovery steps, and the ordinary refund route. Stripe/Link handles payment and transaction support. KurodaLab support cannot decide whether a release is legally required, inspect signatures or authority, approve a submission, perform customer-specific file mapping, or promise platform or client acceptance.

Purchase and refund route

The regular offer is a USD 19 one-time payment with no free trial, coupon, or negotiated discount. Payment is completed through Stripe Managed Payments, with Link as transaction merchant of record. Automated entitlement delivery is intended after verified settlement. Eligible ordinary refunds use the authenticated automated route described in the refund policy; Stripe/Link may also issue a refund under its transaction rules.

Supported environment

The initial supported environment is the current stable desktop Google Chrome with JavaScript, Web Workers, File APIs, and local downloads enabled. Other browsers are best-effort and are not promised for the first validation cohort.

Privacy boundary

Your asset and release files are checked in your browser and are not uploaded to KurodaLab. Cloudflare and Link/Stripe may process ordinary network, security, and commerce information when you visit, pay, recover access, or send aggregate product events. See the privacy notice for details.
