Privacy notice
Product provider and operator: Satoshi Kuroda (黒田 智士), trading as KurodaLab, a sole proprietorship based in Japan. The public business address and telephone are in the Product provider details. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@kurodalab.com.
Your working files stay in the browser workflow
Your asset and release files are checked in your browser and are not uploaded to KurodaLab. This applies to Assets CSV files, Release Links CSV files, compatible previous snapshots, and locally generated exports.
Local snapshots and exports may contain sensitive local identifiers. You decide where to save, share, and delete them. Do not send them to routine support.
Information processed outside that workflow
Cloudflare and Link/Stripe may process ordinary network, security, and commerce information when you visit, pay, recover access, or send aggregate product events. See the privacy notice for details.
- Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request and routing information, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Link/Stripe may process payment, transaction, device, identity, fraud-prevention, refund, and related commerce information for its transaction merchant-of-record duties if paid access is activated. Payment details are handled by Link/Stripe, not entered into the checker. Read Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare email infrastructure may transmit entitlement delivery or recovery messages if paid access is activated.
KurodaLab product records
The free checker does not create a KurodaLab account and does not send file contents, filenames, identifiers, cell values, exceptions, mappings, reports, raw page URLs, query strings, or referrers as product events.
If paid access is activated, KurodaLab receives only the minimal payment, entitlement, aggregate telemetry, recovery, refund, and support evidence described here. It does not receive Assets CSVs, Release Links CSVs, previous snapshots, or generated results. KurodaLab may keep the minimum transaction, financial, fraud, refund, and legal evidence subject to retention.
Deactivate recovery and access data
An eligible authenticated customer can use the authenticated product flow to irreversibly deactivate KurodaLab recovery and access data. No file or free-text request is required. This ends product recovery and access; it does not represent minimum transaction, financial, fraud, refund, and legal evidence subject to retention as deleted. Link/Stripe-held data follows its separate policy and request boundary.
