Effective 24 August 2026
Refund policy
Product provider and operator: Satoshi Kuroda (黒田 智士), trading as KurodaLab. The public business address and telephone are in the Product provider details. Contact: contact@kurodalab.com.
Ordinary refund
The offer is a USD 19 one-time payment. No free trial, coupon, or negotiated discount applies. An eligible buyer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after settlement.
Use the authenticated automated refund request connected to the paid entitlement. No reason is required for an ordinary in-policy request. The automated route may act only when the request exactly matches the authenticated entitlement, full settled amount, and 14-calendar-day conditions.
Stripe/Link may also issue a refund under its transaction rules. KurodaLab does not represent itself as the only refund initiator.
What a completed refund changes
A completed full refund from either route revokes paid access. The transaction's sales-inventory slot remains consumed; a refund does not reopen, replace, or renumber the slot.
Requests that require a person
Partial, expired, exceptional, or statutory requests, disputes, chargebacks, suspected abuse, and legal judgments are handled only by a human. The automated route must fail closed when any approved condition does not match.
For an exceptional issue, contact contact@kurodalab.com with the transaction email and non-secret payment reference. Do not send CSV files, snapshots, exports, reports, mappings, payment-card details, or secret entitlement links.
Mandatory rights
Mandatory statutory rights override this ordinary policy where they apply. This page does not determine whether a statutory right applies to a particular buyer, location, or transaction.
Delivery and privacy boundary
Automated entitlement delivery is intended after verified settlement. Your asset and release files are checked in your browser and are not uploaded to KurodaLab. Cloudflare and Link/Stripe may process ordinary network, security, and commerce information when you visit, pay, recover access, or send aggregate product events. See the privacy notice for details.
